I recently cleared the second round of architectural interview in Guidewire software for a senir frontend developer role. The recruiter get back to me about the director connect or further process.
Can anybody tell me when can I expect the next round and how is the company culture. I pretty confuse as the HR only connect via email. FYI I got the status via linkedin msg to the recruiter.

I have a promising interview at a relatively large law firm in my area (+100 attorneys) next week. The position is for a transactional role in their real estate practice group, and they are seeking someone with at least 2 YOE. I have a bit over 7 YOE with a strong real estate/commercial lit. background. Over the past two years in my current position, I've been doing a lot more transactional work. The split is around 50% transactional and 50% lit.

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).
