Started the process 2 weeks ago with HR and now they've ghosted me since then, though they said I have stuff to fill out ASAP. Normal? I graduated last year and was working with my university until last month. I extended my STEM OPT with my university before July 5th (first year OPT expiry). I got a new opportunity right after submitting my application & I notified my change in employer (submitted updated I-20 & I-983).
Last Friday, I got another opportunity that is way better than the current one and I don't want to miss. My STEM OPT application is still under review. Would it be okay if I change my employer again. Thanks!

Can I file for EAD renewal more than 180 days in advance?
USCIS say we “generally speaking shouldn’t file for it with more than 180 days in advance” – but I’m asking if there’s any harm in doing so. I don’t want my 2019 EAD nightmare to happen again.
