I recently got laid off from my position as a Program Coordinator/Analyst from a small pharmaceutical company. I only have 1 year of post grad professional experience so it is putting me in a rough position. Most job postings I qualify for in all other aspects need 3+ years or 0 years of experience that only want fresh graduates.
