I recently interviewed for a Python role at UBS. The process included a cultural fit test followed by two rounds of technical interviews, which focused specifically on Python and related scenario-based questions 45 mins each.

It's been a week since the interviews, and despite following up via email and call, I haven't received any update yet. Mostly how long the process usually takes for a response?

If i am a fresher in cognizant and worked for 2 months and have got better opportunity can I abscond from same as the other company is asking to join immediately

Can anyone share what happens in this fitment round on interview?
HRs have asked to submit documents even before this fitment round; which seems unusual. Is this normal for UBS and this is how they progress?
