I recently joined Citibank, and it's been about two months since I started. However, I'm already considering a switch because I feel that my current compensation doesn't reflect my skills, experience, or the value I bring to the role. I'm thinking if it's appropriate to initiate a job change so early . Is it acceptable to resign within the first few months if the opportunity or offer elsewhere is significantly better? Has anyone done that before joining a new company in 3 months?
