I recently joined Oracle as a Software Engineer (Noida location) on 13th August. As per the initial communication, I was informed that my training would be in Bengaluru, but the related updates and emails reached me quite late.
Later, I received a mail from Oracle Noida office asking me to report on 3rd September. I reported as instructed, but unfortunately, my entry/record was not reflecting at the office. Since then, I haven’t received any further updates regarding my onboarding process,

I feel like all of my friends who work in tech are very open about their starting salaries and the increases each year. I am going to work in public accounting and I feel like when I look up how much I will make after being promoted or early promoted it’s very cryptic. Can anyone tell me the standard salary % increase in PA after your first, second, third promotion?
