Do you know SQL? If not, I highly suggest learning. There’s tons of online courses, and you could probably learn the basics in a few hours. The other option is to see if your company will explore a natural language model on top of the data to allow you to “talk with data”. A lot of big tech companies are trending in this direction.
If you do know SQL, can you get access to the data yourself? If not, it might be time to make the push towards a data lake / Snowflake. Not having access to the data is a huge handcuff on making data-driven decisions.
Tools will not help you. You stated that you "don't have a strong hypothesis" in your post. Go back to the problem you are trying to solve. If your hypothesis is not strong, then you don't understand the problem you are trying to solve or the problem you are trying to negate. Learning SQL will compound your frustration until you understand the real problem.
