I simply don't get along with my ACD, and I'm fine with that, considering that I can just have the professional relationship I'm meant to have with her, and get on with my day, But I sure would like to limit the number of interactions we have and I think we have at least two a day. Is that normal in your case? How often would you say you meet up with the ACD in your team to discuss things?
