I submitted docs and CIS sheet on 4th August. They were supposed to share an offer letter by 5th or max by 6th August. And when I called HR today, she told me due to some system glitches, she will be able to share it by this week. Why there is a delay when they themselve promised for an offer letter release. I am an immediate joiner, can anyone tell me the real reason of delay.
