I suspected Veritas was really purchasing Navigant to merge with Guidehouse. Nice to see that confirmed. Seems like fit given Navigant’s industry focus... is a digital agency next?

I don’t think the Navigant merger was ever announced as a Veritas acquisition. It was a Guidehouse acquires Navigant announcement from the start
Veritas owning a stake in the company obviously means they were a factor in this acquisition, but agree G1 this is not Veritas acquiring and merging the two.
Ahh, my mistake. Guess I hadn’t looked at the official announcement that made it clear this was a guidehouse acquisition!
Does Guidehouse have strong tech capabilities?
I know Navigant has next to zilch.... seems like the missing piece of the equation.
We could definitely improve there. Wouldn’t be surprised if we acquire a firm strong in tech.
