I think they mean fastest
Yes thank you :)
Fastest I’ve seen is Associate (1) + Experienced Associate (1) + Sr Associate (2) = Manager after 4 years
Fastest? 2 years from undergrad to EM, and 7.5 years from undergrad to partner. Both obviously rare, but both have happened.
Associate is not an interim role in the US. Undergrads are hired as BAs and progress to senior BA and then to EM. Experienced hires or Masters grads are hired as Associates and progress to EM. EM is also not a formal promotion, it is a role change and it happens when you are ready and when a team thinks you are ready.
Faster than what? Are you trying to determine if an MBA gets you to manager and partner faster than UG only?
2 years
Roughly 2 years at each level would get you from Associate to P under 10 years ( given a promo cycle is less than 2 on year 1 assuming one starts in September). You can probably do it in less time given our mid year promo cycle - but 2 years per level all the way is quite fast
