I want to get out of advertising or at least the creative side. I don’t even think I want to do art direction anymore. What can I pivot to? That ideally pays the same (or more).

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have a degree in marketing, but I am having a hard time landing interviews since I’ve never had a strictly marketing only role.
