I do not carry disability, but happy to hear they have that to help. I’d have to live off of savings until I get things figured out. Does anyone else feel like there is just no way to be prepared for everything? I know it would be peace of mind, but there’s no telling what could happen.
If people dont have it already, an indexed universal life plan is so helpful! Its life insurance, retirement and can provide living benefits/help with disability too. And no tax penalties!

I would not recommend any kind of whole life insurance like that. However, as far as disability insurance, some companies provide some at no charge. Even if you choose to buy some, it is really cheap, and I would highly recommend doing it.
Pro
Yes my employer offers it and it is very low cost (like $3/paycheck).
Whole life is not the same as an IUL just so you know :)
I mostly do contact work now so I really need to look into having this. Thank you.

Many professionals rely on employer coverage, but some choose additional personal disability insurance for extra protection in case their income suddenly stops.

I honestly don't even know what my disability benefits are 😅
