Any millennials here worried about their parents retirement? My parents are set financially but I’m worried about their lack of hobbies and social life. Thoughts on how to get into working with tech?

Will anyone in an Executive Director position share some details of their overall compensation package? This is my next step in the company and I imagine there’s at least some slight differences beyond base pay? I’d like to go into the conversation with them better educated so I can maximize my ask. Current comp is about $190k base & bonuses, with another $40k (average/year) in deferred compensation.
