Who will pay the bills if all.above is done
With the way the job market is going right now, we will probably all end up bankrupt. Not trying to be Nancy negative, I’m the one who always keep the chin up and with a positive mindset. We all have those days and it’s ok…. things will get better and if they are not, it’s not the end. Keep swimming 🏊♂️
I understand how you are feeling. If possible find other things that bring motivation to you, NOT work related or recruiter related. Complete that workout you think about it, find a freelance gig, connect with your family/mom, meditate… if your keep measuring yourself by the success of recruitment processes you will find yourself constantly burning out
Wasn’t meant to be.. always have something in your back pocket. Never take business personally.
Keep trying I guess, thats what its all about finding work. I had 4 years gap after my graduation but I didnt give up and get back to my career somehow and now after 2/3 years of experience I went tothre bad company that wouldnt even give me contracts and I somehow trusted them that they won't kick me out for no reason, But I got kicked out after 5 months serving with no notice and pay. Now by the time I got another job I had to spend 8months out of work and it is not fully back on my career field. But I somehow keep it positive and kept telling myself there is time I will keep trying.
You get up and go get it done bills don’t pay themselves t
Start your own business.
I had bad news last week too. I took the day off (Wednesday) and sulked. But you know what, I picked myself back up and worked the job search world. something clicked and I have 3 interviews this week.
Its ok to take a little break- its ok to take a day off to reflect and regroup.
Good luck!
I take a couple of days to focus on other things, such as upskilling, passion projects or some hobbies. For me, there's not enough jobs to apply for to keep me busy everyday anyway so most of my time I spend sharpening my skill section.
