Hey guys,
I got selected to HCL Technologies , had submitted my documents and all the required information also updated my joining form in discover HCl website. It also shows that my bgv is completed but I have'nt recieved myoffer letter it has been more than a week. I also have a service agreement to fill it requires my date of joining which I think will be in my offer letter. Can any one help me and say how will this move from now.

Start by speaking with your manager and clearly request an early release. In your case, the chances of approval are higher. Make sure to get the approval in writing via email for safer side.
After that, connect with HR and inform them that you want an early release, attaching the email proof from your manager. This can help speed things up.
That said, understand that managers and HR operate differently. HR may still decline based on policies or constraints, such as team capacity or leave limits. However, your chances are still relatively good since you’re currently on the bench and not actively assigned to work.
In short: get approval from your manager first, then approach HR.
They will deduct the money
