I was part of a big layoff last week due to company restructuring. It was my first real job and first layoff. And even though I know it wasn't about my performance, it’s really hard not to feel embarrassed or like I failed. How will I put this on my resume or talk about it in interviews without sounding defeated?

Has anyone dealt with coming to terms with an emotionally abusive relationship?
