PTO depends on your level, but you start at at least 3 weeks/15 days. I came from a firm with unlimited PTO so I was a little concerned about having less at Siegfried, but it’s been a LOT easier to take PTO here than it was at my last firm. We get major holidays off but there isn’t a shutdown from Christmas to New Year’s, for example.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
You can accrue up to 135 hours if you’ve been here less than 2 years, 180 hours in years 2-3, and 225 hours at 3+ years. Excess time gets paid out.
