I was reading this article about how workdays are now ending at 4:30, and it has been proven that work productivity is getting better. Has this started to be a trend at your workplace? We're still leaving work closer to 5:30, and I'd love to bring this up as a suggestion. I don't really do much in that last hour either, when I think about it. They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.

When non-ad ppl ask you what do you do? In terms of title; do you tell them “copywriter”? Or immediately assume they dont know and might confuse it with copyright infringement, and just end up telling them that you’re a writer or a creative director, and skip the hassle
