I was selected in EPAM anywhere. Their offer was quite strange. Ex. They offered me ctc of 28LPA but if I am not tagged to project they will pay me monthly 50k only as incentives and not entire salary.


Are there people who accept such offers that don't make sense?
I used to admire this company but I had to declined it.
