I HATE TO HEAR THIS!
Sorry to hear it but that's business nowadays it's like free agency in sports loyalty goes out the window you have to take care of yourself no one else is going to. I always tell my nieces and nephews when they complain about their jobs. Always keep your eyes out for the B.B.D.( Bigger, Better, Deal ) even if your happy where your at it doesn't hurt to not only look for a better job that pays more and has better benefits but apply for it see what happens? If your offered the job and you change your mind it's ok to turn it down and thank them for the opportunity. It will also show you that other employers see your value to offer you the job.
In my opinion life is to short to work at a place that makes you miserable. The place I work at now blows smoke up my bonghole by walking around always saying ( I appreciate you ). I hate being lied to. They cut my hours always complaining about small things, I make the least per hour but yet if something urgent comes up for somebody important i get saddled with it and all this for a paycheck that's laughable and barely covers my bills with nothing to put into savings. So enough is enough when I have something lined up and I have a start date I'm walking out no 2 week notice. Cause I know if they were to let me go I wouldn't be given a notice
