Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days. The MNC will be offering good package, but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter, and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. Also if accept the offer and say no, in that case can they blacklist me from their firm.EY Deloitte KPMG PwC

Don’t join. It has become worse now and going forward you can expect service company behaviour from here. If you have other option join it before you regret
Airbus has gone to cost cutting ..launched a program LEAD for cost cutting and basically for next two years don’t expect good hikes, VP and trace as well
So chose wisely. Right now it’s in a very bad shape
The first ones they should start with are the group managers, I don’t see any meaningful contribution or value they add, rather their should be engineering managers.
Now these engineering managers should be one’s who have good experience in architecting applications.
Agree with you
I know many managers who have been complained about and entire team has told HR how incompetent they are
They are not even aware about technicalities involved In project and are project managers just coz of their bootlicking experience..Don’t know why no action is being taken for them
I would say don’t join look for other good opportunities, Airbus at it’s corr is service based company in product based shell…
Airbus India is losing its value. Deviating from its own ethics.
Hi,
I have cleared the technical round and gave the managerial round just one day after, on February 20th. I am pretty sure that I will clear the MR round as well. Though I have yet to hear back from them, the manager told me there will be one more techno-managerial round. Can anyone tell me who has recently gone through this and what it is about? How does it go, and what are they focusing on? The job is with the NAVblue team for the BLR location.
Have you received the offer letter from airbus?

In this phase of cost cutting and less hirings; the jobs of HRs will be minimal. Airbus can take strong decisions and remove the over-manipulative and underloaded HRs from India.
Around 6-10%.
