I work for a hospital interested in being a clinical trial site. They have multiple MDs willing to be the primary investigator and see patients in their clinics. Issue is, we are not able to engage with CRO’s or industry sponsors that are interested in collaborating with us. Any tips or advice you can provide?

My PSP and People Manager have been kind of lenient, cooperative and kind to me because I was never told I will be put in PIP, I have to enter project not matching my skillset etc etc.

What is the correct path to obtain entry level positions in clinical research. My background is in health sciences and work experience has been 3 years as a clinical lab scientist. I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.
