I work in a facility in Sioux Falls where I have to do all the showers that didn’t get done on my 2 days off on top of my scheduled showers and will be made to stay late, I work a 12 1/2 hour shift! How is this even legal? Why don’t they make the ones who didn’t do their showers do them? Why should I be bullied/intimidated by my boss to do what did t get done on my days off

Im looking to buy a home, program is zero down (no PMI). I make 150k base salary; take home 8k mon. Im looking to buy a house under 350k in my area. Im looking at a payment of about 3k including prop. taxes in a newly gentrifying area. My plan is to house-hack and in a year move out. Is this monthly payment too high?
