Here’s an animated chart that shows how COVID-19 cases and deaths have grown globally compared to their causes of death like fire, influenza, and malaria over the same time frame. The timeline begins on January 1, 2020, and COVID-19 starts at the very bottom of the chart with zero deaths.

You aren't alone, that's for sure. Talking to close friends and people you love helps a lot. We are social creatures so that's what the mind needs. Other things proven to increase your mood: eating healthy, making water your favorite beverage, and exercising.
Schedule Zoom meetings with friends and family on a regular basis, start a Zoom book club, use this time to reconnect w/ people you like but have lost touch with, maybe consider taking an online course......
I like eating figs off of my neighbors tree. For some reason it’s rewarding to pick your own fruit. I am setting select friends now and I have a couple that I switch doing dinners for on the regular. Also got a Spotify membership which really helps. I made sourdough in the beginning too, cut my friends hair. Make pizza dough. Play with my dog, go for long walks, cook, hang out at the park on a blanket and drink wine, social distance wine at the park... Eat naughty fast food every once in a while. Treat yourself - cupcakes/doughnuts and coffee. Online shop.
Try to get outside once a day. Even if you have to take a call while you walk up and down the street. Also, the exercise might help too.

Totally been there, especially when I became unemployed. I just kept talking to family and friends and found activities we could do online when they were done work. It gave us all something to look forward to in the week. Started a movie club with my other unemployed friends, we play tabletop simulators online if we don’t feel like watching a movie that week. Tried to stay productive, ate healthy and drank water.
