I worked as a tire technician for over five years for town fair tire and they let me go over a no call no show I had issues that wasn't allowing to be able to call out no first write up for the year nothing I worked there threw thick and thin at one point I was the only tech there working for over a year everybody quit and I choose to stay smh I just feel like this is completely unfair
