The company cites a clause restricting employees from joining competitors, yet they themselves hire from the same competitors a clear double standard. Denying basic exit documents and settlements is unprofessional and creates unnecessary hardship. Future candidates should be aware of these practices before joining

For rent paid below 1 lakh there is no need to submit landlord's PAN. I have calculated based on my HRA and if I show rent paid as around 96k my tax refund will be around 13k.

However there is no rent agreement or rent receipts.

Will it be a problem later on if I show this in my ITR?
