I worked at TD for a year as a Senior Financial Advisor. My base was 75k. Targets were insanely high. Bad working conditions. I was in a toxic workplace with colleagues trying to steal your clients, talking bad about you. I felt more like a car salesman than a financial advisor. Grinding for clients in a hostile environment is unhealthy. Not to mention the managers micro managing. Not worth the pay. I now work in a completely different field and I'm happy. TD treated me like disposable person

The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
