I would love some advice or any suggestions at all. I seem to have come to a dead end. No matter the amount of jobs I put in for wether in or out of my field (30+) I am unable to get a call back. Even when I continue to follow up. I normally never had this issue, I am knowledgeable and passionate about what I do and still determined to get through this!

My Redfin agent recently quit with one day notice to start his own firm. He was the one behind my deal and did a lot of work and help with negotiation. However Redfin called me and said they put their top regional lead on transaction which is set to close in 10 days. I’m conflicted with what to do. As a buyer I know I can switch firms with seller’s consent and it won’t impact the deal, or will it? The agent said if I went with him he’s throw me an additional incentive to close with him.
