It’s likely but there are still a number of reasons you might not get it. Usually when I bring someone to 3rd round we’re down to two candidates.
Maybe there’s an internal candidate who can do the job, even if that person for interview quits as well if they can do the job they might get it to keep a good employee from leaving.
Maybe one of the interviewers disagrees with the positive feedback.
Maybe HR thinks you’re too expensive. We’re about to hit year end budget freezes in a lot of industries.
These are all reasons that you might not get it but you can’t control. Send the thank you notes and if you don’t get the job, I’d still connect on LinkedIn with the person who gave you the good feedback. You can ask them for a coffee chat and they’ll maybe give you the scoop or at least advise for the future.
I’ve had this both as a candidate and an interviewer, and never find it annoying from someone early career - unless they’re emailing like every day.
I wouldn't dwell on it too much! Either they reach out with an offer or they don't. No point in stressing yourself through the scenarios :)
