Read the reviews and see what people with a similar title are saying. In my experience, job satisfaction can very greatly between departments.
I use the specifics from the negative reviews as something to watch out for. Honestly, I’ve worked at poorly rated companies, and my experience was fine. I would make my own choices, but I will definitely always go through them (the reviews) too.
