I’m interviewing at a mid-market boutique where the founder talked about how they all chip in and support each other like family. Translating that from corporate-speak: they don't have enough headcount, you will be doing the job of three people, and asking for boundaries means you're not a team player. Is it even possible to find a clean, purely transactional relationship in this industry anymore?

I have a final round interview for a job I’m extremely excited for tomorrow. I have been at my current job since July (unicorn startup). I also have been on medical leave for about a month and a half due to surgery. My current job is also just not quite the right fit for me. I don’t want to get too far ahead of myself but if I get the job, I’m a little worried about how it would come across to my current one. This isn’t a place I care about burning bridges too much but still it isn’t great.
