Bain & Company Can someone recommend a good starting point on how to go around solving case interviews? What frameworks should I follow? I am kinda new to case interview and want to develop skills to solve them. Any books, online sources would be really appreciable. Ugh even just thinking about this is causing me distress lol. Neuralink freaks me out big time, especially with Elon in charge. I'm not sure what other kinds of wearable/implantable AI would be available to help with the work I do. Maybe something to do with AI writing? I would need to see a list of options before I could decide haha
I hate the idea of implanting something
You do realize with Neuralink it’s basically possible to live for ever. Once we can record the brain to a backup, restore it into another body its immortality. There are billions of bodies to choose from. I don’t care about work. Time is the most valuable thing. If you had hundreds of years to compound earnings, plan strategies, working for someone else is irrelevant. You could travel hundreds of years through space, be restored on arrival. Whats easier to solve backup/restore humans or light speed travel? Either one could work. Right now all we have that can go through time is children and we pass dna and gene expression to them. It’s not quite the same as memories. I’m signing up. I’d pay 500k right now to transfer bodies. You think all Elons companies are disconnected but they aren’t. They are building blocks.
At what cost though
Yes thank you
Me over here thinking about how mechanical limbs would be neat and probably the most likely thing that will keep me competitive in the future! I’m more certain that it’ll be my body that breaks before my mind, so anything in that way. Neuralink really is such an interesting concept, but do see the main reasoning for it quickly changing.
Mechanical limbs are so much more promising than neuralink
Is a meatspace presence (body) even going to be relevant?
Workers of the future:
Level 1: AI apps enhance our productivity (today).
Level 2: AI agents act on our behalf in digital space: entry level is answering emails, next level is tasks like booking travel, higher level is creating avatars of themself to attend meetings and speak on their behalf.
Level 3: AI agents act on our behalf in physical space. I'm picturing us sitting in command centers, monitoring the activities of semi-autonomous androids or AI powered machines (driverless cars etc). Somehow that feels too simplistic though.
Level 4: Our psyches are digitized. Our decisions, thoughts, personalities, and memories are no longer bound to a physical body.
Everything will be digital in the future
