I have 10 years experience out of uni, as well as completed CPA and MBA. I have a experience in managing entire finance function of small/medium entities, but most notably solid corporate finance experience/strategy leading refinance exercises, debt raising, hedging/treasury strategy etc…Would be looking for something in deal advisory / M&A / CFO advisory etc….thanks Deloitte EY PwC @

So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

Why am I not surprised? I can think of a few reasons to fake your appearance, but not really to some major extent. Some members of the older generation still have some weird outlook on tattoos and such, so by all means, if you think removing them with AI will land you the position, I would do it without hesitation.
Of all the things to use AI for, why fake your appearance? This baffles me. The only reason I can come up with for doing so would be out of concern that the interview was for a scam job and your likeness would somehow be stolen and used against you, but that's incredibly tin foil hat and nothing I'd ever personally think about. I'll stick to showing up as myself, without any AI alterations. If some scammer out there is able to create a deepfake of me and use it for financial gain, more power to them.

The person being interviewed was a developer. My guess is that he was trying to show his skills, but it backfired.
I've seen some clickbait stories about people using AI to do job interviews, and I'm pretty skeptical of them. One of the incidents was supposedly an attempt by North Korean intelligence agents to get jobs in American tech firms. Sounds more like a wild movie plot, but they claim it was happening in real life. The thing is, that stuff becomes evident at some point. I can't imagine a fake AI bot will actually be hired by any legitimate company.

I’ve seen some of the same. This was a recorded interview where the man on the right asked the person to turn off their avatar and the person denied they were using on, so the man quickly ended the interview.
I get it if a developer was trying to show his/her skills, but also burn a bridge at the same time.
My first two companies closing interviews were in person. And the latest one was via email phone, not even video.
I just assumed that was the difference between tech/agency life vs in industry. This is also over a 20 year span.
