Anyone here made the move from a boutique ECVC firm to in house at a VC? My Y1/Y2 background was V20 ECVC hard hitting firm in the Bay, and now I’m at a large boutique with a strong rep in this field in So Cal. I don’t want to make partner, so I’m exploring what options there may be to go in house with an ECVC background. Any insight on responsibilities, W/L balance, leadership, etc in these in house roles?

I have not been diagnosed with ADHD. I definitely fit some of the characteristics that go unnoticed in females. The good news is if i do have ADHD, it makes me quite good at my job as I’m very flexible and can provide positive energy to my patients. Anyway, my boss has told me I have ADHD multiple times. When is the best time to leave and go to another big4? I am at PwC and I knew the reputation they had and Some people said It may not be for me because of it.
