I am Offered 29.5fixed by PwC for SA (L2). Currently on 25fixed. Should I join ? In terms of WLB.! My current employer on fishbowl shows Deloitte but have left Deloitte a year back. Currently in a firm with good WLB but PWFH is a big win for me that PwC is offering.
Any guidance or fist hand experience sharing is highly appreciated.

I boomeranged from CBS and back into CBS... four year tour and things hadn't changed much... easy transition back in
Same rank, 25%+ increase though. Thought it would be better to return at high end of same rank in hopes for easier promotion case and starting higher in the next salary band...
Came back to cmaas and came in at top end of manager. The worst part was people who were junior to me were more senior, but i had no sssues as I got along well with people. Transition was easy and people were nice.

Left me take an educated guess here - was it the FS group that you left?
Following, considering the same
Left as M1, came back to the same firm 4 years later as an M3. It was hard at first because it took a while for me to get back to the same productivity level...was much slower for me in industry.
Yes I did. Same office too.
Who do you guys reach out to if you want to come back after leaving?
I contacted a partner I knew
Left and boomeranged to same group but different office after private. Had a better experience than before but maybe that was because I was more mature and knew what I wanted. Coming back felt like riding a bike. Left and boomeranged again but to a different firm. Tougher transition than the first because I was out on private longer. Challenge was learning new everything, including culture, and re-branding yourself. Find myself comparing the different offices and firms all the time.
Don't try it.
