if you got new construction, did you still have an agent, or is it no longer necessary?

I got new construction and no agent. The only play I think that could be used would be to get an agent that agrees to refund to you a portion of their commission. Getting back 20% of agents commission is easy. But, I’m not sure if that makes it harder for you to get free upgrades from the builder and if you do this, you need to register your agent the first time you visit that site. If you signed the visitor log and didn’t say that you have an agent, the builder will probably refuse to pay a commission.

Try realtor.com. I think the agents listed there will offer refunds.

My American citizen 8 month old is on tourist visa in India; current stay runs out on June 7. Flying outside the country is a risk we don’t want to take w/COVID. They didn’t ask for payment and message popped up saying watch your text/email for next steps. Anything else I can do?

Hi! I’m a young professional with less than 2 years experience, started a new job 1.5 months ago. I’m having quite some difficulties on balancing out my response time to tasks. While I act incredibly fast if not immediately with some, I sometimes take 1-2 weeks with couple of hours worthy ones. Sometimes I ignore, procrastinate or simply other more urgent things come up to increase the delay. Also I work with 3 managers in my team which doesn’t help with expectations nor guidance. Any tips pls?

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own. There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Please help!
