I would choose title over money. Salary might help you in the short-term, but if you get laid off, getting that next opportunity will be tougher if you were an overpaid X position as opposed to a moderately paid Y position that reflects more abilities. Much more marketable in my opinion, but don't construe my opinion to be prescriptive.

I feel strongly that the OS App Store and Product Hunt could learn a lot from each other.
OS Store: Dictator-like in the extent that they control what people see outside the ranked lists.
- Pace of new to market apps is now way faster than turnover in "Most Downloaded" ($100b+ AR company, man..)
PH: Free market w/ OK search/community features. Feels the right amount of gritty. BUT with an overhauled design, PH has a chance to scare APPL + show the world a truly great store/market for apps.

I have recently joined Deloitte and have to submit my HRA declaration, my work location is Hyderabad and even i staying in Hyderabad on rent but my owner refuse to give me her PAN card details.
