I would choose title over money. Salary might help you in the short-term, but if you get laid off, getting that next opportunity will be tougher if you were an overpaid X position as opposed to a moderately paid Y position that reflects more abilities. Much more marketable in my opinion, but don't construe my opinion to be prescriptive.

Hi, I have got an offer from Abzooba. Any inputs for wlb, job security would be really helpful.
Role: PM, 10 yrs

I hear that UST acquired this last year. TIA

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

Finally leaving my position at a nonprofit in DC and I didn’t think I would be so excited. The office has been closed to clients since the pandemic, but the ED decided that we HAVE to start coming in to the office for some reason, and had a stern talk to me that I need to be in at 10AM ON THE DOT, even if I work through lunch and take calls on the weekends. Started looking for a job the day of, and found one that is flexible and pays $15k more. Now why would I even stay?
