Hi , I have joined IBM 20 days back, got rejected in two client interviews till now ,the interview was full deeper . From last 1 week there is no update from anyone. Worried about the future. Had another offer from cognizant which I got before Joining IBM but it has 30% less CTC and the joining date is 26 dec

Any idea what is the best decision to take. Can I stay here on bench for long time

I joined 6 months ago as a L5 manager. I like my team but don't enjoy the work. I also feel I was down levelled at the time of joining. Should I wait 6 months and move internally? How easy is internal mobility especially if I were to target a L6 role? Would applying outside be wise ?

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

I have an interview with JP Morgan this week for a Channel Marketing Manager - VP role in the Asset Management area. The role will be based in NYC. Just curious what is the normal range for the base salary and total comp.

Interviewing for a Director role soon. Wondering how the questions will be? The last time I interviewed was for a Specialist position and the questions were the typical “tell me about a time when xyz happened and how did you handle it?” But maybe these questions are to elementary for Director level? Told a friend of mine in tech I was considering moving to BCG. He asked me if I would have to move to Boston.

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."
