Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

Been contracted for almost a year and I have all the experience for full time technician, I just can't afford the price of the tests. My current gig has yet to onboard me even though I have stellar recommendations from higher ups in the company speaking of my work and professionalism. I have a bachelors degree and a Masters degree in Digital Transformation, and I work as a C (soon to be SC) im Tech Strategy and Transformation. What are the next steps I should to to pivot into PM? (certifications, types of projects, etc)

Feel like I missed the boat years back to get into Director of Product role. Back in the day there was only Senior in between a Director role, now there’s Lead and Group levels, so much hierarchy now.
