I would want to be an encouraging manager, one who doesn’t only highlight what’s wrong - but what’s also working really nicely. I feel like CDs only point out the bad stuff but never have the same enthusiasm when things are excellent

I’m an inpatient medical coder and make 23.58 currently, I was previously and outpatient coder as well as a billing coordinator. I also have nursing experience.
