You’re all definitely correct and this is why I stopped using 3rd party apps - but I live in an area of the city where I can get my own stuff easily or engage w restaurants for their own delivery people.

they are not putting wear and tear on their bodies, that’s like saying working out in the gym or go out jogging is putting wear and tear on your body, if anything, having a sedentary lifestyle, not moving your body and have everything delivered to you does more damage to your body

My colleague tells me they always give the delivery person a flat $5 and the restaurants are always 1 mile away walking but about 10 mins and less driving.
And they usually order about $50-60 worth sushi for delivery.
