TO THE BURBS

Let them live amongst you, great pets.
After my landlords monthly spraying for roaches didn’t work FOR A YEAR, I tried this and stopped the landlord from spraying anymore. ONE application and within 2 weeks I cleaned up BODIES of roaches. Haven’t seen much since and I reapply once’s ever 6-8 months. Its been 2 years and I’m so happy I don’t have to leave my otherwise perfect apartment. Worked like a charm and now we barely see them. I believe in this product RELIGIOUSLY.
OP if I see one every once in awhile, would using this product increase the frequency by attracting them to the bait. Any downside with using proactively without a real problem.
Big fear is drawing them into my home when they otherwise wouldn’t have entered. Thoughts?
Dinner?
If you kill it, spray down with bleach. They’re attracted to the smell of others...
I think your only option is to leave the country
Have you checked to make sure your partner isn’t just an alien in a human skin?
Rip to your living situation.
I have an irrational fear of these disgusting things. My supers know me.... and they’d saved me once or twice and then I figured out where they are coming from. I put up a mesh at all vents (only logical place as my place is clean and organized). Since that, nada.
When I saw it, I had nightmares for weeks. I am the worst person to ask how to kill it. I usually call someone to help me. I am crying and a hot mess (I need help to get over this fear of this ugly nasty bug).
Thought I was alone! Hardly ever see them but when I do, won’t sleep for weeks and definitely tears
Someone here told me about spraying windex when you see one and it works! I hate the cleaning up part!
This is a part of living in NY!
Keep stuff clean regularly.
Forreal! No dirty plates sitting in the sink overnight!

OMG I found one today too!!!!
We have coyotes, raccoons, skunks, and snakes in my neighborhood on Long Island (15-20 miles from NYC)
I used to live in a pre-war building and there are a lot of cockroaches... then I moved to a newer building (~10 years ago), haven’t seen any cockroaches since then. Wonder if anyone living in new building but still see cockroaches?
Was in a new building in the EV for years, one year some roaches made it in through the kitchen vents.. gross
Ortho Home Defense. A client told me about it years ago. I spray the perimeter of my house and near pipes. I’ll still see one every now and then but always dead.
Ask your landlord to bring the exterminator in. He shouldn’t charge you for it. They need to spray for a few months. And roaches are common in prewar. I agree with the other poster who said to move to a higher floor in a newer building
I lived on the 17th floor in a brand new building in Fidi for a year and never saw a single insect. It was amazing
