I’ll be renegotiating my contract soon and would like to provide my own contract terms vs signing the client’s

I’ve been working beyond my contract terms reporting to their office daily and I’ve decided to finally stand my ground and only work per the terms of my agreement in order to maximize my time and accept new clients. Does anyone have advice on having this conversation or have a contract template. I’m overseeing digital marketing for a non-profit.

When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company.
