We have all been experiencing massive technical issues - inability to sync the deck either the cloud, multiple crashes over the course of any given day. Or tech-support people tell us that everyone using ThinkCell is experiencing the same thing right now. Frankly, that sounds quite surprising and I would like to test if this problem of crashing resonates with all of the other consultancies.

Recently joined a project that’s been in flight for long time. Onboarding hasn’t been great, not sure who my Point of contact is, where we are in the process (since they started such a long time ago and the SoW is outdated by at least 2 years), what the objectives are for this phase of work.
