Best is dont disclose. Let them figure out later on the replacement. Inform when u r 6 months .. If u work remotely

2 months pregnancy is not an issue.. you can just say .. if they ask while requesting ML as you are not aware of pregnancy. I joined a new company as 7 months pregnant .. and took leave by serving 80 days.. think about it.. let me what you did later

But one of my colleagues has done this… she has not informed and joined new team but later they release her as they can’t spend training or KT time on her as she was going for leave
Dont disclose it till 7th month.
And they cant fire a pregnant woman according to labor law. Dont worry much. Do your best.

I believe you should inform management over email.when I was 4 months pregnant I got role off from my project .I have informed management that I am planning to take ML after 4 month.
After one month I got a call from HR that I should search job outside ..I clearly told the HR that as per policy you can't terminate me and how can I search for a job outside in this situation who will give me job.
