I'm 2 months pregnant, our project is removing developers as the project development has come to an end.

If I am removed and on bench, getting an internal interview cracked in this condition becomes an issue , as they ask in interview subtle way if I'm planning any leave


So , how do I tackle this situation.
Do I prepare or internal interviews

Shall I disclose now... so it becomes a protective thing for me.???

Currently I work for a small company that does the construction of small cell utility poles and roof top sites for the major cell carriers like VZW, T-mobile, AT&T and so on. I am a project coordinator but I do everything under the sun. Created project tracker. Submitti bids, sourcing material, negotiating price on materials, handling post construction inspections, scheduling sub contractors, notifying stakeholders, coordinating with construction managers - property owners - building management.

I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. I had anatomy scan and we found out we are having a boy. Baby looked all healthy but due to gender discrepancy, We are asked to do additional testing and genetic disorder screening.
