I'm a fresh grad with a job at an MNC that has ALOT of red tape. The nature of the industry is very slow moving and alw in demand because it is Military related. I realised after a month+ of starting that it does not align with the priorities I had in mind ( freedom to create and pitch new ideas and do events and campaigns). I wonder if it is ok for me to jump jobs so quickly, and what that means for my trajectory. I have no backup now but am looking. Idw to dread work everyday. Thoughts?
