TBWA NY recruiter?
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Depends on what career you're looking to transition into. Leverage networking and makings tons of human connection vs. Just applying and expecting a response. What types of roles are you seeking?
Thank you! I live in an area where it is challenging to network in these areas, plus I am working 2 very PT jobs (that I love doing) on top of my FT job. I have considered training roles (I was a teacher, but that was over 20 years ago before tech was the norm in the classroom). I have also considered research and advocacy roles. The biggest barriers I am seeing are the current job market, the challenge with getting my resume seen w/o certain work Hx highlights/key words, and salary challenges.
