Would you leave your current PE firm for a more prestigious that pays $100k-150k more but you are working 20-30 hours more? Currently at a firm where I see a long term path and I work 40-50 hours. What's the biggest lesson the military has taught you?

I was always the captain's favorite because I was the first to follow an order, never questioned, and never hesitated. That made me an outstanding soldier but not a very good leader, I don't know what to do if I'm not receiving orders.

This might not be possible, but I would like to know how I would go about getting paperwork about my late grandfather who served in the Navy during WWII. Does anyone know how or even if I could do this?
