I'm a seasoned HR professional with 15 years generalist/HRBP experience and have been unsuccessful at job searching since March 2025. I applied for jobs that I'm highly qualified for but either didn't hear back from anyone or didn't get past the first interview. I was job searching in the past and always got a job quickly. I need a job that doesn't pay at entry level salary and am willing to do anything that's not HR. What are my options now? Anybody here experiences the same thing?
